Thai condominium development invites investors from Laos

VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/ANN) – A condominium investment project in Bangsaray in Pattaya province, Thailand, called Wyndham Garden Irin Bangsaray Pattaya, sees a marketing opportunity among Lao buyers.

“We find that Lao investors have the potential and ability to invest in this property. Foreigners can buy and hold 100 percent ownership of rooms in our development,” said the Executive Director of Irin Property Co., Ltd., Mrs Irinraya Pattanawiranon.
